Traffic light fault causes delays on Aberdeen road


A traffic light fault is causing issues for motorists in an Aberdeen community. The lights at the junction of Victoria Street and Farburn Terrace in Dyce are out of action. An Aberdeen City Council spokeswoman has confirmed engineers are on their way.

Delays as traffic lights fail on Aberdeen road


Motorists faced delays this morning due to a faulty set of traffic lights on a busy Aberdeen road. The incident, involving the lights at the junction of Lang Stracht and Stronsay Drive, was reported at around 8.30am. However, Aberdeen City Council confirmed the lights had been fixed shortly before 10am.  

The lights are faulty at the junction between Great Western Road and Anderson Drive.

Drivers have been left frustrated due to traffic light issues at a busy Aberdeen junction. Aberdeen City Council have confirmed they have been made aware of a timing issue at the lights at the junction between Great Western Road and Anderson Drive. Bear Scotland have been informed.

Traffic lights out in Aberdeen city centre


Traffic lights in the city centre have failed this morning. Aberdeen City Council as advising that a several lights on Union Street and George Street are out at the moment. It’s not year clear if this is related to the power cut affecting 20,000 properties across Aberdeen.
