CRACK cocaine and heroin worth £10,000 have been recovered by police in the North-east. The seizure, in the Memsie area, near Fraserburgh, was part of Operation Banook. Two men, aged 17 and 26, are due to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court today.

FOUR people are to appear in court today after police seized heroin, cocaine and cannabis in the North-east. The drugs, worth around £1,300, were recovered in North Braeheads, Fraserburgh, and Churchill Drive, Peterhead, yesterday. Three women, aged 19, 31 and 34, and a 22-year-old man were due to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court today.
