Crews called to Aberdeen flat fire


Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze at an Aberdeen block of flats. Two fire appliances attended the incident at Livingstone Court, King Street, shortly after 3pm. A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: “There was a small fire in one of the first-floor flats. “It was extinguished on arrival. “There were no casualties.”


Police called to disturbance involving football fans at Aberdeen bar


Police were called to a disturbance at an Aberdeen bar tonight. Officers were called to King’s Bar on King Street following reports of a  disturbance involving fans shortly before 6pm. Fans were dispersed and no arrests were made. Nobody was hurt in the incident. Aberdeen take on Burnley tonight in the Europa League at Pittodrie.
