Police called after two-vehicle crash on Aberdeen road

Police were called after a two-vehicle crash in Aberdeen. Officers attended Netherview Avenue, Dyce, at around 2.10pm today after receiving reports of a collision. The road was partially blocked for around 45 minutes while vehicles were removed from the road. A Police Scotland spokesman said: “No one was injured and the road has been cleared.”

Disruption for north-east train passengers due to signalling fault

Passengers travelling by train to Aberdeen are experiencing cancellations due to a signalling fault. Serveral trains on the Inverness to Aberdeen line have been scrapped, resulting in delays for passengers at Huntly, Insch, Inverurie and Dyce. Earlier trains from Inverurie were also cancelled. The issue has been reported to the train operator ScotRail.
