Cyclist injured after being hit by car in Aberdeen


A CYCLIST has been hit by a car on an Aberdeen road today. The incident happened on Fountainhall Road at its junction with Hamilton Place. Police and ambulance were called to the scene at 12.55pm. The cyclist is not believed to have been seriously injured.

Cyclist knocked down on busy Aberdeen road


A CYCLIST was knocked down on a busy Aberdeen road today. The man in his twenties collided with a car at the Mounthooly roundabout around 8.50am. Paramedics and police attended the scene. The man’s injuries were not thought to be life threatening.

Cyclist suffers leg injuries after collision on Aberdeen road


A cyclist has been taken to hospital after a collision on a road in Aberdeen. The incident, which also involved a Ford S Max, happened just before 7am, outside Lidl, on Wellington Road. The cyclist sustained leg injuries and was taken by ambulance to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI).    

Police and ambulance were called to the scene.

Cyclist hit by car on North-east road


A TEENAGER was hit by a car while riding his bike on a North-east street tonight. The 16-year-old was struck by the vehicle on Victoria Street, Inverurie, at around 7.45pm. His injuries were believed to be minor. Police and ambulance were called to the scene.
