Two-vehicle crash on major North-east road

Police were today called to a two-vehicle crash in the North-east. Police Scotland were made aware of the collision on the A90 near Blackdog at 7.35am. The occupants of both cars, one man and one woman, were uninjured. Police have confirmed that the road is now clear.

Police called to two-vehicle crash on A90

Police have been called to a two-vehicle crash this morning on a major North-east road. The smash, involving two cars, happened around 7.35am on the A90 Aberdeen to Dundee road just south of Portlethen. A Police Scotland spokesman confirmed no one had been injured. The incident happened about a mile south of Portlethen.

A90 shuts northbound after a van hits tree

A SECTION of the A90 was closed for a time this afternoon after a white van left the road and hit a tree. The incident happened near Forfar at the Kirriemuir junction. The northbound carriageway was closed while the vehicle was recovered, but had reopened by 1.30pm. No one was injured in the incident.

A90 partially blocked at Portlethen after four-vehicle crash

A BUSY North-east road has been partially blocked following a crash. Police were called to the A90 southbound at Portlethen at around 5.45pm. Four vehicles were involved in the incident and traffic is moving slowly. Local diversion are in place. No one was injured in the incident.
