Hartlepool extended their unbeaten run to four matches with an entertaining 2-0 win over Stockport.
A lively start saw Pools midfielder Gavan Holohan twice bring decent saves from the goalkeeper, while debutant defender Macauley Southam-Hales cleared a Jordan Archer header off the line at the other end.
Aidan Keena, making his home debut for Hartlepool, slid in to score the opening goal from Mark Shelton’s low cross after 31 minutes.
Gime Toure, back after a three-game suspension, fired over the crossbar and Holohan found the side-netting as Hartlepool started the second half brightly.
They doubled their lead shortly afterwards as Shelton arrowed a low drive into the bottom corner from 18 yards at the end of some neat build-up play.
Defender Ash Palmer twice headed wide and new signing Danny Lloyd was denied by Mitch Beeney as Stockport looked to get themselves back into the game, but Hartlepool held firm.
