JEFFREY Monakana has returned to Brighton after his six-month loan deal at Aberdeen came to an end.
The midfielder joined the Dons on loan from the English side in July.
Boss Derek McInnes has not ruled out the winger, who made 10 appearences for the Dons, returning to Pittodrie before the end of the month.
He said “Having spoken to the chief executive at Brighton they have taken the decision to recall Jeff in order to assess his situation further.
“The possiblity of him going out on loan again hasn’t been ruled out so there may be an option for him to rejoin us at the end of the month. “Everyone at the club would like to thank Jeff for his contribution during his time here.”
