Dover kept up their pursuit of the National League play-off places with a 2-0 victory against Aldershot.
The Shots came into the game on a five-game unbeaten run in the league but they got off to a bad start at the Crabble.
The hosts took the lead in the 15th minute when Kevin Lokko headed home at the back post.
The Whites had to wait until the second half to double their advantage through Shadrach Ogie, who drove forward from the halfway line and drilled the ball past Mitch Walker.
Aldershot’s day then went from bad to worse when Kodi Lyons-Foster was sent off for a second bookable offence in the 69th minute.
