The Vanarama National League clash between AFC Fylde and Notts County has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The referee conducted a pitch inspection at 5.30pm but deemed the surface unplayable after persistent rain at Mill Farm.
A statement on Fylde’s official website read: “AFC Fylde regret to say that tonight’s game with Notts County has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
“As of around 2pm this afternoon, the pitch was deemed playable, but after rainfall being as heavy as it had been in the hours following, the referee has made the decision to cancel it.”
A date for the rearranged fixture has yet to be announced.
