Police probe after bodies of deer found on Aberdeen parkland

POLICE have launched an investigation after the bodies of four deer were discovered by a dog walker.

The dead roe deer were found at Aberdeen’s Loirston Country Park better known as the Gramps.

Police Scotland are currently making inquiries.

A spokeswoman said: “We were informed about the remains of four deer that were discovered by a member of the public in Loirston Country Park.

“Inquiries into the incident are ongoing and are in conjunction with Aberdeen City Council and the Ranger Service.”
