Most of us will go our whole life without managing a hole-in-one.
So when you find out that there were a record nine in the Par Three contest to kick off The Masters at Augusta you can’t help but be impressed.
The pick of them was undoubtedly Gary Player’s ace as the 80-year-old South African proved that you never lose it.

Player became the oldest golfer to record a hole-in-one at the traditional curtain raiser to the first golf major of the year on Wednesday.
Perhaps even more impressive it the fact it was the 31st time in Player’s career that he has pulled off the feat. Yep, that’s right. Thirty-one.
