Dons paired with Dundee United in Scottish Cup

Aberdeen were handed a New Firm derby in the Scottish Cup fifth round.

The Dons were pulled out of the hat along with Dundee United and the Championship Tangerines will visit Pittodrie in the last-16.

Elsewhere Fraserburgh will face a long trip to play Ayr United at Somerset Park if they can upset Rangers in round four.

Formartine United or Cove Rangers will host Championship Livingston or Falkirk.

League Two Peterhead will visit Morton if they see off Dumbarton in round four.

While the Highland League’s other representative, Brora Rangers, will make the long trek south to face Premiership Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.

All ties will be played on the weekend of the 10th and 11th of February.
