Turriff will keep on looking to strengthen their squad after securing Kevin Main on a new deal.
Manager Ross Jack was delighted to see the keeper ink a two-year extension.
The former Elgin boss feels Main’s new deal is a testament to the club’s ambition.
And he wants to see more quality players at The Haughs.
He said: “We’re absolutely delighted, he’s a class goalkeeper, he’s been brilliant for us.
“We look forward to having him with us again for the next two years after this one.”
“It’s a huge commitment from Kevin, a huge commitment from Turriff United.
“We want to build on this, we’re looking to get a few players in but Kevin was instrumental and we want this to be a catalyst and we’re looking to build on that.”
Jack admits this season has not gone as well as hoped with the club in eighth spot.
But he believes Turra can fight for trophies in future.
He said: “We’re looking to strengthen in all departments so that we are capable of challenging.”
“There is one thing about Turriff United and that’s that the structure is right, everything is in place.
“Everything else is first class so we just need a couple more bodies now.
“We feel that is up at the challenging end of the table and with a stronger squad, we can look to do that.”
