ABERDEEN FC skipper Ryan Jack is on course to return from injury for Saturday’s Premiership clash against Dundee.
The 23-year-old midfielder has missed the last two games having sustained an ankle injury during the international break.
Dons boss Derek McInnes today confirmed Jack came through this morning’s training session.
He will travel to Tayside with the Reds if there is no negative reaction to the session.
McInnes said: “Ryan trained today and there were no real issues with him.
“As long as there is no reaction to his work this morning he will travel with the squad to Dundee.
“It will be great to have him back.
“However physios are always mindful that we still have to see what any reaction is.
“That will be the acid test on Friday morning.”
Barry Robson is set to miss out of the Dens Park clash, also with an ankle injury.
On loan Red Star Belgrade striker Josh Parker, at Pittodrie until January, is also an injury doubt.
