The Dons plan to give run-outs to more of their rising stars in tomorrow’s final Premiership match of the season, at home to Ross County.
Teenage defender Scott McKenna was voted Man of the Match in their 1-0 defeat by Hearts on Thursday.
He will retain his place and could be joined by the likes of Australian keeper Aaron Lennox, striker Joe Nuttall and Scott Wright.
Craig Storie and Cammy Smith, who were on the bench against Hearts but have more first team experience, are also expected to feature prominently in the clash with County.
Dons assistant boss Tony Docherty said: “Our aim is to end the season with a victory and go into the summer with an air of real optimism.
“The game is also an ideal one to give some of the lads who have impressed through the season the opportunity to play at top team level.
“Scott showed he is ready by performing well in the Hearts game.
“He had earned that with some fine displays at Under-20 level.
“I have to stress any of the others who do feature will be in there on merit too.”
