If the Reds finish third, or Motherwell win the Scottish Cup, they will enter Europe at the first qualifying stage on Thursday, July 12.
Aberdeen begin their pre-season with a friendly against Falkirk at Gayfield Park, Arbroath, on Wednesday, July 4 (7.30pm).
The Championship Bairns are managed by former Dons skipper Paul Hartley.
