Aberdeen captain Graeme Shinnie and centre-back Scott McKenna have been named in Alex McLeish’s Scotland squad for friendlies against Peru on May 29 and Mexico on June 3.
Two players who played alongside Shinnie and McKenna with the Dons this season have also been called up.
Norwich City’s Kenny McLean, whose time with the Reds ended after yesterday’s 1-0 win over Celtic, is in the squad along with Ryan Christie, who was on-loan at Pittodrie from the Hoops this season.
Former Aberdeen winger Ryan Fraser, now with English Premier League Bournemouth is also in the squad.
