Aberdeen fans were part of a Portuguese party in Luxembourg just 24 hours before the second leg of their Europa League qualifier.
While many in Britain were disappointed to see Cristiano Ronaldo and co eliminate Wales, it was a different story in Luxembourg’s capital.

In a country where 16.1% of the population are Portuguese according to official statistics, there were mass celebrations in Luxembourg City after the 2-0 win.
Our own Sean Wallace was in the middle of the city as huge crowds paraded through the streets.

Portugal secured a spot in the Euro 2016 final and will face either France or Germany on Sunday.
And now Aberdeen fans will be hoping to see their own side progress in European competition.

The Dons can keep the party vibe going for supporters if the club progress to the next stage of the Europa League qualifiers.
Their second leg clash with CS Fola Esch will take place at the Stade Josy Barthel in Luxembourg City tonight.
The tie has been moved to the capital as Fola’s home, the Stade Émile Mayrisch, does not comply with UEFA regulations.
