Fired-up Andy Considine today warned Celtic the Dons are ready to wreck their treble dream.
Aberdeen face the Hoops in the League Cup final at Hampden on Sunday.
The showdown has already been billed by many as the first step in Celtic’s treble bid.
Considine admits that treble talk has fuelled the Dons’ fight to emulate the League Cup glory of 2014.
Aberdeen go into the final on a high having won 3-1 at Inverness.
Considine said: “We will go to Hampden and get in their faces.
“Everyone is saying this is the start of Celtic’s treble.
“I am sure people will be looking at us as underdogs.
“But we will go into the final with our chests out.
“I know it will be an edgy affair against Celtic but it is a one-off final, so why can’t we win?
“We have every chance as we are playing well and go to Hampden with a lot of confidence.”
