Aberdeen are reportedly interested in signing a goalkeeper from Manchester United.
It’s been reported the Dons are targeting a loan move for United stopper Sam Johnstone.
Johnstone has yet to make an appearance for the senior team, having spent time at Oldham, Yeovil, Scunthorpe, Doncaster and Preston.
The Dons are on the hunt for a goalkeeper this summer following the departures of Scott Brown and Adam Collin.
Fans had expected Danny Rogers to be in the frame for the number one jersey after impressing during his loan spell with Falkirk.
But boss Derek McInnes last month revealed he is looking to sign a new number one goalkeeper.
