Dutch textiles and clothing company Zeeman is winning a lot of praise for its latest advert, which shows various women from the waist down modelling its tights.
In a brilliant move for diversity, one of the women, seen doing her supermarket shop, has a prosthetic leg.
Don’t worry if you can’t speak Dutch – you’ll be able to grasp the sentiment of the ad pretty well.
Unfortunately such representation is not generally seen across the fashion industry, so we applaud Zeeman for its bold casting.
A savvy way to sell tights by making it so open and embracing “alle benen”, which means “all legs” in English.
