US President Donald Trump could not resist swinging a baseball bat as he was shown around an expo of American-made goods at the White House.
The president embraced his inner child and adopted a batter’s pose, swinging the Louisiana-made Marucci bat high up above his right shoulder as the press pack started clicking away.
He also tried on a Stetson hat and took the driver’s seat in a fire engine as he was shown US-made goods from all 50 states.
Now, here’s Trump in that Stetson again. It was from Stetson Hats in Texas.
Other items taken to the White House included candy, doughnuts and soda, horseshoes, pianos, yachts and brooms.
The Made in America product showcase was part of Trump’s commitment to his election promise to “Make America great again” and put American workers first, said the White House.
