Forget beard baubles and glitter beards, the latest hipster beard trend for this festive season appears to be to hang Christmas lights from your facial hair.
But don’t fret if you dig the look but haven’t the faintest idea of how to recreate the look at home, East Village London E20 – an area of East London that was originally Olympic Village of the 2012 Summer Olympic Games, now converted to a residential district – is providing a beard pimping service to gentlemen wanting the festive glow.
Taking place at their Christmas Makers Market on Sunday December 11, the stand Pimp My Beard, run by an exert beard stylist, will allow those willing the chance to get in on the trend.
The lights come in a wide range of different colours and styles to suit every need and want.
The stand will also provide festive hair decorations for those who cannot grow beards so they can get a makeover too.
The Pimp My Beard stand will form part of the Hygge themed Christmas Makers Market at the village, a Christmas pop-up shopping experience combining ambient interiors, entertainment, comfort food and stylish gifts.
The stand will be located next to Pimp My Tree, which will ensure you have the coolest Christmas tree in London.
And if that doesn’t get you in the mood for Christmas – nothing will.
