
A LORRY driver was killed in a crash with another lorry.
The incident happened on the M74, near Elvanfoot, in Lanarkshire at 1.20pm yesterday.
A 49-year-old man, who was driving a Scania cattle float died from his injuries.
The 45-year-old driver of the other Scania lorry was not hurt.
Constable Kenneth Beeby, from Road Policing in Motherwell, said: “I would appeal to anyone who has information to contact police via the non-emergency number 101.”
