Plans have been lodged to convert an Aberdeen office building into flats.
Proposals submitted to Aberdeen City Council seek permission for the conversion of the office building at 49 Carden Place into two flats.
And the application also includes plans for the change of use of the existing office building into one self-contained flat, with alterations and the installation of replacement windows in the main building and associated landscaping works.
Planning documents state: “The original granite building is to be converted to form two separate flats with a shared entrance door to the front of the building on Carden Place.
“The flats are to be separated at the entrance with a new partition and door to access the upper flat.
“The lower flat also has a new entrance door formed within the entrance hallway between the new partition and the existing partition.”
