A WOMAN has admitted slapping her partner and throwing a tin of paint on him after a row.
Deborah Norval, 38, appeared from custody where she admitted a charge of assaulting her partner.
She pleaded guilty to slapping him and punching him on the face as well as scratching him on the body and throwing paint on him.
The offence took place on September 30 last year at an address on Middlefield Terrace, Aberdeen.
Norval also admitted breaching a bail condition on October 29 last year not to approach her partner and she also admitted failing to appear in court on June 5.
Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard that the pair had been in a relationship for around four years and that the offence took place after an argument between the pair developed.
Police were contacted and when they arrived, Norval’s partner was covered in paint.
Sheriff Edward Savage said that sentence would be deferred until next month on Norval, whose address was given in court papers as 16 Middlefield Terrace, Aberdeen, for a background report to be prepared.
