
A WOMAN was attacked near a pub in Aberdeen city centre.
The 29-year-old was approached by another woman, who pushed her and hit her arm.
The incident happened near the Butchers Arms on George Street, around 7.50am on Tuesday.
Pc Bruce Will said: “This was an unprovoked attack. The victim suffered minor injuries but was left extremely shaken as a result.
“The female assailant is described as being aged around late twenties or early thirties, around 5ft 8ins tall with blonde hair. She was wearing a grey top and trousers.
“She made off along Hutcheon Street before turning on to Fraser Road.
“Anyone who saw this incident or has any information is asked to contact the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
