Primary school pupils at an Aberdeen school held a flash mob to celebrate Robbie Burns.
Children at Walker Road Primary School entertained shoppers at supermarket chain Tesco on Wellington Road.
The group performed between the aisles showing off their Highland dancing skills.
Jill Merchant, head teacher at Walker Road School said the pupils had been hard at work getting ready for the flash mob.
She said: “We are delighted to be involved in the flash mob event, which is as a result of our business partnership with Tesco.
“The participating pupils enjoy Highland Dance classes at lunchtimes and after school so it was a great opportunity for them to showcase their Highland Dancing talents to shoppers and passers-by.
“They’ve all gained a huge amount of confidence from taking in part in this special event.”
