A demolition warrant has been granted for part of a former Aberdeen pub.
Drumrossie Land Development Company has been given planning permission to build 20 flats on the site of the former East Neuk pub and lounge on King Street.
As part of its plans it wanted to demolition part of the existing bar and lounge extension to the former pub.
The work, which was given the go-ahead last week, would cost in the region of £30,000.
Another building warrant to build the flats by the company was submitted to Aberdeen City Council in March costing the company around £2,000,000.
