Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a North-east school was targeted by vandals.
A total of eight windows were smashed at Banchory Primary School on Arbeadie Road between 8am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday.
The damage is estimated to be around a low four-figure sum of money.
PC Cameron Donald said: “This mindless vandalism will not only be costly to repair but will impact on the community. It is completely unacceptable and we are urging anyone with information or who saw anything unusual or suspicious over the weekend to get in touch with us on 101 using reference number CF0034210218.”
