Three men have been charged following a series of break-ins in two north-east towns.
Domestic and commercial properties in the Coldhome Street, Temple View and Strait Path areas of Banff and Gairniestone are of Turriff were broken into on Monday April 15 and Tuesday April 16.
As a result, jewellery, electrical items, antiques and alcohol worth around £8,000 were taken.
The majority of these items have since been recovered and will be returned to their owners.
The three men, a 26-year-old, 41-year-old and a 42-year-old are expected to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court today.
