North-east hopefuls have the chance sing their way on to TV talent show The Voice by competing at an Aberdeen night spot.
Cafe Drummond on Belmont Street is set to host a team from the hit reality show as they search for future singing sensations.
The vocal trials will be held on April 24, when music experts will be looking to spot potential stars in front of a live audience.
Entertainment manager at Cafe Drummond, Ross Calder, was contacted by the talent show to help host the city event.
He said: “They were looking for a venue in Aberdeen, and we just got it confirmed this week.
“The response so far has been incredible, it should be a busy night.
“Hopefully it can break the mould this year and have someone from Aberdeen win it.”
The Voice is welcoming solo acts, duos and trios for next year’s series, with any musical style.
A team from the show will attend Cafe Drummond on listen to performances on a first-come, first-served basis.
