Talks to end Aberdeen’s bus strike are to continue tomorrow – with mediation service ACAS involved for the first time.
David Phillips, operations director for First Aberdeen, said: “First Aberdeen can confirm that a meeting has now been agreed between ourselves, ACAS and Unite the Union for tomorrow.
“We remain hopeful that continuing to engage in meaningful talks with our union colleagues will be successful as we look to bring an end to the Industrial action.”
Bus drivers at First Aberdeen went back to work on Sunday following a week of industrial action.
An indefinite strike period has been scheduled to begin this Friday.
