Owner Gwen Brodie said: “All of our food is homemade, traditional and to a high standard.
“We can cater for allergies or for people who are gluten free, as well as doing pensioners meals, a healthy kids menu and specials.”
In less than a year, Thyme Out has become very popular with diners, garnering a 4.5 star rating on Facebook.
Gwen explained: “I have been in the industry for 26 years and have gained an all-round knowledge of catering and hospitality – from front of house to in the kitchen – and I believe that experience has been what has made the difference and meant we have been a success.
“We also work hard to give customers what they want and we listen to feedback and make changes if needed.”
