A HELICOPTER made an emergency landing today, after a warning light came on in the cockpit.
The Super Puma EC225, operated by CHC Helicopters, landed safely at Aberdeen International Airport at around 3.30pm.
The offshore helicopter was carrying six people.
Police Scotland crews and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were both called to the incident.
A CHC spokeswoman said: “A cockpit light was illuminated so it was standard procedure to call emergency services.
“The helicopter will be inspected before going back to service.
“It was carrying four passengers and two pilots.”
