Police have carried out a number of speed checks at locations across the north-east as part of an ongoing initiative to make roads safer.
Officers visited a number of areas in South Aberdeenshire as part of the operation.
These included Cookston Road in Portlethen and the A937 on the Marykirk to Laurencekirk road.
The checks took place on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
Officers have also been working alongside community councils to identify areas that are known for speeding and antisocial behaviour.
