A new price structure for facilities in the North-east is to come into force.
Changes will start from April 1 in Aberdeenshire after being agreed by councillors last year.
New charges include an increase for adult swimmers from £4.55 to £5 and an Active Aberdeenshire standard membership becoming £31 instead of £28.90 a month.
Some of the charges will be rolled out over a period up until April 2020.
Cllr Anne Stirling, chairwoman of the communities committee, said: “Anyone who would like to discuss their charges is being actively encouraged to contact their local leisure centre where staff are happy to discuss which package might work best for you.”
