
Audiences in the north-east will be treated to an outdoor performance of Sherlock Holmes.
Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s super-sleuth is due to visit Kincardine Castle on August 15.
Theatre company Illyria will perform the Hound of the Baskervilles in front of the Deeside country house.
Andrew Bradford from Kincardine Castle said: “Sherlock Holmes stories are hugely popular and The Hound of the Baskervilles has a bit of something for everyone. We’re looking forward to welcoming people with their picnics and deckchairs for a really fun night of theatre.”
Tickets for the 7pm show are priced at £10 for children and £15 for adults.
