A SECTION of Union Street was closed this afternoon due to a “loose window” at a bank.
Police Scotland said a window at Clydesdale Bank in Aberdeen city centre had the “potential to fall on to the pavement”.
Officers were called to the scene at 2pm.
As a result, the eastbound route of Union Street was closed, between its junctions with Market Street and Union Terrace.
The matter was resolved by 3pm and the road reopened.
