A SECTION of an Aberdeen road will shut to allow carriageway repairs to be carried out.
Countesswells Road will shut from 9am on Monday until Friday, August 28.
The work will be carried out in three phases with no two phases running concurrently.
The first phase will take place between Countesswells Road and its junction with Cults-Kingshill and the Ben Reid Garden Centre.
An alternative route will be available via Kirk Brae, Friarsfield Road, Craigton Road and Springfield Road.
The second phase will be on the Cults-Kingshill road between its junctions with Countesswells Road and the Blacktop Road. Drivers can use the Blacktop Road, Baillieswells Road, Ladykirk Road and Kirk Brae instead.
For the third phase, the work will be on Cults-Kingshill between its junctions with the A944 Skene Road and the Blacktop Road.
A diversion will be in place via Countesswells Road, Springfield Road, Queen’s Road and the B9119 Skene Road.
