A section of a busy North-east road was partially blocked this morning due to a dead deer.
Police and the Scottish SPCA were called to the A944 at Kingswells near Prime Four Business Park after a deer died on the central reservation.
A section of the route heading city bound was blocked in the area.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “The deer hasn’t survived but we aren’t sure if it was hit by a vehicle or not.
“It may have had to be put down by the Scottish SPCA.
“Everything was clear by 9am.”
