Santa is to return to a north-east town as part of a popular pre-Christmas parade.
He will hit the streets of Portlethen over three nights from December 4-6 to spread festive cheer and raise funds for three primary schools.
Fishermoss School Parent Staff Council organises the run, which will also see money go to a north-east food bank charity.
Last year more than £2,000 was raised, which meant more than 1,450 meals could be provided for those in need.
Due to its popularity a third night was added last year for the first time.

Darren Robertson, one of the organisers told the Evening Express: “It is great that we have been able to bring the event back.
“This is for the benefit of all of the community and we will try our best to get round Portlethen, but bear in mind we’re all volunteers and sometimes things may happen out with our control and we may not get to a certain road.”
Like previous years, funds raised will go towards the three primary schools in the town, Fishermoss, Portlethen and Hillside.
Cash will also be used to buy food for Aberdeen’s CFINE (Community Food Initiatives North East) which runs a food bank.
