Royal Navy air defence destroyer HMS Diamond is in Aberdeen for the first time in almost three years.
While in Aberdeen, her affiliated city, the crew will host several community and youth groups.HMS Diamond last visited the Granite City in November 2015 when members of the crew took part in Remembrance Day events.

Diamond and her five sister-ships – Daring, Dauntless, Defender, Dragon and Duncan – are committed around the world 365 days a year, hunting pirates, drug runners or submarines, and helping to protect the fleet from air attack.
