An Aberdeen road will close for more than a month while roadworks are carried out ahead of a new supermarket opening.
Greenwell Road will be shut between its junction with Wellington Road and the Bank of Scotland access road from 7am on Saturday until 5.30pm on Thursday September 2.
Aberdeen City Council said the measure is necessary to protect public safety during carriageway reconstruction and service installation works for the new Lidl development on the corner of the road.
An alternative route is available via Wellington Road, Greenbank Road and Hillview Road.
