A major Aberdeen road is blocked following a serious crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The collision between a lorry and female happened near the King Street’s junction with St Machar Drive shortly before noon.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “There road has been close to the north and south of the roundabout.
“It includes St Machar Drive on approach to King Street and School Road on approach to the road.”
An Aberdeen City Council spokesperson said: “There’s still traffic problems in King Street/St Machar Drive area.
“Roads are likely busy for some time including rush hour.
“Local diversions are in place and motorists are asked to find alternative routes where possible including Persley Bridge and Bridge of Don.”
