Residents asked for ideas to improve north-east town

Residents of a north-east town are being asked to suggest ideas and projects to improve the area.

Peterhead has been allocated £20,000 for a scheme called Peterhead Decides, a Community Choices process which has been funded by Aberdeenshire Council.

Suggestions can be made until January 14, with any community, voluntary or non-profit organisations, or individual residents welcome to put their ideas forward.

All options must relate to landscape or roads maintenance, and should not involve ongoing costs.

Application forms can be collected from Peterhead Community Centre, Peterhead Library or by emailing communitychoices@aberdeenshire.gov.uk, or by calling 01467 538029.
