The Queen has arrived at the Braemar Gathering where thousands have flocked to the North-east village for the annual event.
This year marks the 202nd running of the event and is regularly attended by the Royal Family who have a summer retreat at Balmoral.
It was cancelled 20 years ago following the death of Princess Diana, but has run every year since.
The Queen was accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, The Duke of Rothesay and Princess Anne.
It is estimated around 16 thousand people have made the trip to Braemar for the games.
