PLANS for a new private hospital are to go out for public feedback this summer.
A site for the hospital – which is planned to include four operating theatres and 20 en-suite bedrooms – has been earmarked at Prime Four Business Park in Kingswells.
The proposals have been brought forward by park developers Drum Property Group and One Healthcare Group.
One Healthcare Group chief executive Adrian Stevensen said: “Our objective is to provide the very best level of care, delivered by leading consultants, in state-of-the-art, well equipped and purpose-built healthcare facilities.”
A proposal of application notice has been submitted to the city council ahead of full plans being drawn up.
Public consultation is to take place in June and July.
Drum Group managing director Graeme Bone said: “The new centre will deliver real benefits for residents of Aberdeen and the surrounding area.”
