PROPOSED masterplans for the new and current Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre sites are to go out for public feedback after getting universal backing from councillors.
And elected members have now urged people to have their say on the plans.
Proposals for the new 10,000 seater AECC arena at Bucksburn which would include an energy centre and three hotels, were in front of Aberdeen City Council’s communities, housing and infrastructure committee yesterday.
The group also saw plans for a 518 home residential scheme which would replace the existing AECC at the Bridge of Don. And all committee councillors agreed the plans should go forward for public consultation.
